Mommy's Heart Went POP

This week, David and Becky hosted Laurel Greer and Christina Kyllonen of 4-More, a Lancaster based non-profit organization that was formed to help provide sanitary water for the people of Rwanda. Their story began as they walked through the process of international adoption together. The women talked about the hurdles and range of emotions one has to face when going through the steps to bring your adopted child home, and the desire to communicate your love to them. Christina wrote a story for Laurel and her family after they brought their son Myles home, and it soon developed into a published book, entitled, “Mommy’s Heart Went POP!” Soon, discussion began about the need for support for adoptive families. A fund called the RubyMyles fund was started to raise money to support these families financially during the adoption process. If you would like more information about what Laurel and Christina do with 4-More, check out their website where you can find links to purchase the book, support the RubyMyles fund, and learn more about the clean water project in Rwanda.
